Live-in Care
Our live-in Support Workers live with you in your own home as your companion. They assist with everyday tasks like cooking, cleaning and personal care. With this help, you and your loved ones can continue to live how you choose and to keep doing the things you love. Whether you need help with tasks around the house, with your mobility or medication, or you need more complex care such as spinal injury care, bowel management, tracheostomy care or PEG feeding, we can meet your needs, make your routine manageable and enable you to keep living in familiar surroundings.

At Support Health And Wellbeing Limited, we understand how challenging it can be to live a lonely life. Respite Care
We offer respite support which is ideal for short-term care. Respite support, can either be planned or unplanned, depending on the needs and circumstances of the customer. A good balance between work and taking breaks promotes good mental health and enables a more effective and efficient worker. Respite becomes paramount to alleviate and offer a break from care/carer routine and is a cooling off period for the usual care provider while maintaining high standard support for the individual in need. Our respite support ranges from covering a two-week holiday, a short break, or unexpected need of support because of sickness or a family emergency, we are ready to step in at any point of need. Our skilled and experienced staff give individualised care and our customers are guaranteed to have their needs met. We offer support to cater for learning/physical disability as well as , companionship or condition led care, we are equipped to support you every step of the way. Social Integration Support
We provide a service that is tailored to our customers wants and needs to enable our customers to live a fulfilling and independent life. Examples of services that could be included in a unique package of support are: Company This service could be used in cases of bereavement, limited mobility or family and friends who do not live locally. These are circumstances which are often quite stressful and difficult to go through. A friendly, caring support is priceless in these moments. We also offer support to access the local community and help to continue with daily tasks around the house. Our service could be as simple as just to sit and have a chat, a cup of tea and a biscuit, a couple of times a week to ease the burden of what an individual might be going through. Running errands Our effective and alert personal assistants is available to support you with shopping, dropping things to the post office or picking up your pension(for the older generation) you can be confident that all aspects and tasks of your daily living will be done when you need them to be. Hobbies and holidays Holidays and activities that we enjoy are an integral part of good quality of life. Illness, learning/physical disability should not limit the quality of life that an individual should have. Our service caters to support with physical activities like going swimming or going out for a walk. Our services also extend to attending social groups, classes or a day centre. We can even assist you on holiday, in the UK or abroad, to help you get the most out of the experience
End-of-Life Care
